Responsibilities
- Assemble medical device components using small hand tools, microscopes, and precision instruments
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions
- Perform in-process quality checks and report issues as they arise
- Maintain cleanroom protocol and controlled environment standards
- Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns
- Record production data using electronic systems/iPads
- Assist with line troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve manufacturing issues
Requirements
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)
- Experience working with small parts or precision assembly
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good attendance and reliability
- Basic math skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but flexible for strong candidates
- Preferred experience: Cleanroom manufacturing experience, Microscope work, Medical device assembly, Small component work such as: electronics assembly, jewelry making, sewing, crafting, or other detail-oriented work
