Assembly Technician (Med Device)

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components using small hand tools, microscopes, and precision instruments
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions
• Perform in-process quality checks and report issues as they arise
• Maintain cleanroom protocol and controlled environment standards
• Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns
• Record production data using electronic systems/iPads
• Assist with line troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve manufacturing issues

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)
• Experience working with small parts or precision assembly
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good attendance and reliability
• Basic math skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but flexible for strong candidates
• Preferred experience: Cleanroom manufacturing experience, Microscope work, Medical device assembly, Small component work such as: electronics assembly, jewelry making, sewing, crafting, or other detail-oriented work
