About the role
The Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in constructing cutting-edge EUV Metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. This position is open to those who thrive in a dynamic startup environment, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts, including auxiliary equipment, according to work instructions.
- Adhere to work instructions, including production drawings, photos, notes, and verbal directions.
- Perform product assembly operations on complex components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
- Work with engineering and other production staff to assemble products.
- Use advanced diagnostic test equipment and precision measuring devices, demonstrating technical proficiency; fabricate new testing equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret diagrams, engineering drawings, manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Must have basic knowledge and ability in interpreting engineering drawings and following assembly and finishing processes.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with working in a cleanroom environment.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Semiconductor experience.
- Vacuum system experience.
Requirements
This position requires a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and vacuum system experience. Basic knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and following assembly and finishing processes is essential.

Pay
The hourly range for this full-time position is $35 - $38 per hour, plus a bonus and benefits package.
