About the role
Team Member is an entry level position that does not require any prior training. All jobs, processes, task expectations will be very clear and training will be provided on site from one of our two floor Leads.
Responsibilities
- Light wiring of harnesses.
- Assemble of dryer and blower products.
- Packaging and labeling products.
- Fetching back stock and positioning it on the floor.
- Running a pallet jack or an e-jack lift.
- Taking guidance and training from our floor Leads.
- Performing other jobs and training as directed by our floor Leads.
Qualifications
- No prior training or experience required.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Mechanical knowhow for basic operating/maintaining of factory equipment or an ability to learn these tasks is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Background, LEAN background a plus.
- Small welding is a plus.
- Willingness to learn required.
- Strong desire to win required.
