Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical assemblies in a safe and timely manner following provided instructions
• Collaborate with production teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a clean and organized working area
• Read drawings and correctly label completed parts
• Align and balance belts, pulleys, and wheels
• Use fasteners, rivets, and press fits to assemble components
• Aid others as needed

Qualifications

• General mechanical knowledge and experience preferred, including hands-on experience using both hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand drawings and instructions
• Willingness to follow safety protocols
• Motivated and teachable personality
• Personable, professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and maneuver around large assemblies
• Comfortable working around and with cranes and forklifts
