Key Responsibilities
- Complete mechanical assemblies in a safe and timely manner following provided instructions
- Collaborate with production teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a clean and organized working area
- Read drawings and correctly label completed parts
- Align and balance belts, pulleys, and wheels
- Use fasteners, rivets, and press fits to assemble components
- Aid others as needed
Qualifications
- General mechanical knowledge and experience preferred, including hands-on experience using both hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand drawings and instructions
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Motivated and teachable personality
- Personable, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and maneuver around large assemblies
- Comfortable working around and with cranes and forklifts
