Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

As an Assembly Technician, you will work in various areas of our manufacturing facility, assembling different motor components while focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and offers opportunities for growth, including eligibility for health, welfare, and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble motor components with minimal supervision
• Follow quality system procedures as required

Requirements

• Ability to read process instructions and detail drawings
• Basic math skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently but function in a team-based environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing – 8 hours a day
• Lifting – No more than 50 pounds

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
