Salary Description $18.00 - $26.00/hour We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, ITAR, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Work Environment & Physical Requirements"? It's substantive but not a required heading; we could include as a section maybe "Work Environment". However headings list includes only certain ones; we can add other headings if needed? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those. So we can add other headings like "Work Environment". But better to stick to those given if content fits. Work Environment could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? Might be separate. But we can include as its own heading if we think it's substantive. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Work Environment into Requirements or Qualifications. However it's about physical demands; could be part of Requirements. But we already have Requirements list; we could add a paragraph after list. That's fine. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce sections:

About the role

with description paragraph(s) from initial description and Why Join PacAero? Actually "Why Join PacAero?" is benefits/ culture; could be part of About the role or Benefits. But we have Benefits section separate. So About the role could include the introductory description and maybe culture. We'll include the first paragraph and the "Why Join PacAero?" culture part (excluding benefits list). But we need to avoid duplication with Benefits section. Let's extract: Intro: "Ready to build parts that matter? PacAero is looking for a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Agawam, MA. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform high-precision mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using microscopes, hand tools and detailed work instructions to produce components used in critical aerospace applications. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-focused and comfortable working with very small components. Previous assembly, electronics or precision manufacturing experience is preferred, particularly experience performing detailed work under a microscope." Why Join PacAero? (culture): "At PacAero, we work hard, have fun, and get stuff done. We believe culture matters — from recognizing great work and celebrating wins to creating a place where people enjoy coming to work and feel like part of the team." We should not include the bullet list of benefits there; those go to Benefits. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs. Next section:

Responsibilities

(What You’ll Do). Provide paragraph(s) from that. Responsibilities paragraph: "As an Assembly Technician, you’ll perform small-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using microscopes, hand tools and precision techniques. You’ll work with small components, follow detailed work instructions and drawings, and inspect your work throughout the assembly process to ensure it meets quality requirements. You’ll work closely with other Assembly team members, Quality and Engineering to keep production moving while maintaining the precision and quality our customers expect." We could also include bullet list? Not needed. Next:

Requirements

with list of duties (the Requirements list). Use
  • for each item. We need to split the Requirements block into items. The block is a long sentence with no punctuation separating items; but we can infer items by verbs. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can't invent or summarize away detail. We need to keep the exact text? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the text as is, but we can format as list items. However we must not change meaning. Splitting into list items is okay as long as we keep each item's text intact. The original text: "Perform small-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies using hand tools and microscopesRead and follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) to complete precision assembliesConduct in-process inspections and visual quality checks using microscopes and other applicable inspection toolsAccurately document completed work, including applicable rework, inspection and test informationHandle small components, tools and fixtures carefully to maintain product qualityWork collaboratively with Assembly, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and support production requirementsMaintain a clean, safe and organized workstation, including microscope and assembly equipmentFollow established safety, quality and manufacturing proceduresPerform other related duties as assigned by the Assembly Supervisor" We need to separate where each item ends. Likely each item starts with a verb: Perform..., Read..., Conduct..., Accurately..., Handle..., Work..., Maintain..., Follow..., Perform... We'll split accordingly. Thus list items: - Perform small-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies using hand tools and microscopes - Read and follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) to complete precision assemblies - Conduct in-process inspections and visual quality checks using microscopes and other applicable inspection tools - Accurately document completed work, including applicable rework, inspection and test information - Handle small components, tools and fixtures carefully to maintain product quality - Work collaboratively with Assembly, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and support production requirements - Maintain a clean, safe and organized workstation, including microscope and assembly equipment - Follow established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assembly Supervisor That preserves all info. Next:

    Qualifications

with list. Qualifications block: "High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, electronics or a related environment preferredPrevious microscope assembly or inspection experience preferredStrong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for working with small componentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to read and interpret detailed work instructions, drawings and basic schematicsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentAbility to remain focused while performing detailed microscope work for extended periods" We need to split items. Likely each ends before a capital letter starting a new phrase (except after semicolon). Let's split: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus - 1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, electronics or a related environment preferred - Previous microscope assembly or inspection experience preferred - Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for working with small components - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work - Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions, drawings and basic schematics - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment - Ability to remain focused while performing detailed microscope
