Assembly Tech-Plumber

About the role

Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is hiring Commercial Plumbers to install and assemble plumbing systems for modular commercial buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and gas stations. This position emphasizes new construction plumbing in a factory-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Install PEX, PVC, and commercial plumbing systems
• Rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces
• Set fixtures including sinks, toilets, drains, and water lines
• Read and follow plumbing blueprints and specifications
• Perform pressure testing and quality checks
• Work collaboratively with framing and electrical teams

Requirements

• Experience in commercial or new construction plumbing preferred
• Knowledge of PEX and PVC systems
• Ability to read plumbing drawings
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Skills

Pay

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Night): $20.00/hour (total of $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential)

Schedule

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
