Assembly Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assembly Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, manage high-profile program processes, and drive continuous improvement in a full-scale production environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily assembly operations and coordinate production activities with various departments.
• Oversee product quality and design and improve assembly processes.
• Develop workforce skills through cross-training and performance reviews.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement Lean methodologies.
• Maintain workplace safety standards.
• Manage staffing, assign tasks based on forecasts, and attend daily meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
