Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive Assembly Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, manage high-profile program processes, and drive continuous improvement in a full-scale production environment. Key responsibilities include directing daily assembly operations, coordinating production activities with various departments, overseeing product quality, designing and improving assembly processes, and developing workforce skills through cross-training and performance reviews. The role requires analyzing performance metrics, implementing Lean methodologies, and maintaining workplace safety standards. The supervisor will also manage staffing, assign tasks based on forecasts, and attend daily meetings to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications include a preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline, at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Skills in influencing, effective communication across all organizational levels, and change management are essential.
