Assembly Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator II to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean room environment. This role is ideal for individuals with electro-mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working with precision, following detailed procedures, and contributing to the production of high-quality medical products. Pay: $21-$23.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMEmployment Type: Temporary-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Assemble medical device components following established work instructions and procedures.Perform a variety of assembly processesConduct visual and microscope inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records.Monitor in-process product quality and report any issues to production leadership.Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities.Support and train entry-level assembly team members as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
