Assembly Operator

About the role

Assembly Operators needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Starting pay $20.99 with shift differentials: 2nd shift +$1.00, 3rd shift +$0.60.

Responsibilities

• Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate.
• Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as a qualified associate.
• Line feeds as required.
• Ensures that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP.
• Performs all required quality checks.
• Completes all relevant documentation (e.g., VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log).
• Performs all changeover operations on all machines correctly.
• Performs first piece inspection.
• Separates, tags, and places all scrap/rework parts in the designated area.
• Ensures all housekeeping duties have been performed.
• Performs any rework required and completes all necessary documentation.
• Performs any other duties as specified.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
