Assembly Operator - 2nd shift - Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Work individually or as part of a team to assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and/or package an entire product or component of a product according to Work Instructions.
• Completes work based on specifications, drawings, job routings, and/or Work Instructions.
• Selects and moves production materials as required.
• Maintains equipment and materials necessary to complete the operation.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participates actively as a team member through continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge in use of scales
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints
• Experience in assembling mechanical parts into a finished product
• Experience in using hand and power tools
• Prior experience working in a light industrial facility

Pay

Starting hourly pay is up to $20.75+ with overtime opportunities. Compensation Range $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
