About the role
Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd shift Assembly Operator. The position is located in Niagara Falls, NY, offering proximity to the world-famous Niagara Falls.
Responsibilities
- Assemble company product per customer requirements and job requirements
- Use appropriate company documentation to determine specific assembly requirements of product being manufactured
- Acquire necessary raw material for appropriate production areas
- Complete necessary paperwork, record completion of tasks to accompany parts supplied to next department
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in order to understand production documents
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic math skills
- Computer skills
- Close attention to detail
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
