Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role
We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test, and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage, and effluent pumps.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application to produce a variety of utility-type pumps.
- Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
- Perform final packaging operations.
- Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 40 lbs.
- Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Schedule
2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Mandatory overtime required (after shift or on weekends).
Pay
The hourly pay for this role is $18.50 plus an 8% shift differential. Opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary depending on achievements, skills, and experience.
