About the Role

Assembly I operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications, following established manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
• May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
• Performs repetitive tasks with attention to detail consistently.
• Must be cross-trained and able to support all Assembly I roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
• Ability to follow blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic proficiency in computer use (data entry).
