Assembly Helper

Kelly® is partnering with Motorola to hire Non-Builder Assembly Associates for temporary support in electronic assembly. This hands-on role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Pay Rates & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($16.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($17.50/hr)

Responsibilities

• Unpack components and materials for assembly
• Pack finished products and prepare parts for shipping
• Support the shift supervisor with tasks, including basic computer work

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout your shift
• Lift up to 35 lbs independently; team lifting for 50+ lbs

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous assembly or electronics experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Willing to learn and collaborate within a supportive team
• Basic computer and key entry skills
