About the role
The primary responsibility of an assembler is to assemble and repair various components and machinery used in the manufacturing process. This includes reading blueprints and following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble mechanical parts and assemblies using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect work for conformance to specifications and adjust or repair defective parts.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in assembly or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and practices.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Pay
