Responsibilities
- Assemble food items including tray setup.
- Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
Qualifications
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
- Flexibility (different shifts – days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products).

Schedule
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
