Responsibilities

• Assemble food items including tray setup.
• Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-organized.
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
• Flexibility (different shifts – days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products).

Schedule

• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
