Assembler (Temp to Hire)

About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, Assemblers will be responsible for assembling our camera and core products in a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in lean manufacturing work cells, performing final assembly of our IR camera products and cores
• Follow lean manufacturing processes and read and follow work instructions
• Ensure quality of work
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new skills, including training to assemble new products and working across various product lines

Requirements

• Fine motor skills required to assemble small parts
• Ability to use small tools and possess great attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Soldering experience highly desired
• Computer skills may be required to read and enter data
• Understanding of quality requirements for assembling products
• Inspection of products may be required
• High School Diploma
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
