We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Assembler within Dometic. As an Assembler in the Big Prairie team, you will be involved in producing the best product for our customers. This position works onsite at our Big Prairie facility.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints, or work instructions.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Operates drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation.
• Visually inspects all assembled parts at completion of operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow personal protective equipment procedures.
• Work in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for entire shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in reading schedules, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred but not required.
