Responsibilities
- Process parts through various stages such as incoming, outgoing, and scrap.
- Load, deburr, wash parts, and prepare work based on instructions.
- Meet daily production goals and ensure quality standards.
- Resolve issues and maintain accurate paperwork for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Participate in team activities and adhere to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
