About the Role
Assembler responsible for assembling and producing various types of filters, including tasks such as stapling, applying wrap, capping, tube and spring assembly, spot welding, seaming, spinning, cutting media, and inspecting products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components per specifications
- Perform production processes (e.g., stapling, capping, spot welding, seaming, spinning, cutting media)
- Conduct inspections to ensure product quality
- Utilize basic computer functions
- Participate in inventory management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Engage in problem-solving and team activities
- Adhere to safety procedures and lean initiatives
- Maintain consistent attendance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments
- Basic math skills
- Effective communication with team members
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to safety protocols and a drug-free workplace
