Assembler - Second Shift

About the Role

Seeking Assemblers to join a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Responsible for following detailed work instructions to perform assembly, operate machinery, package products, build components, and solder, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic production duties with a focus on quality and productivity.
• Learn and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with coworkers and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
• Assist with process improvements and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work cooperatively in a team.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Capability to learn new skills and assume responsibilities.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in assembly.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Stand or sit for extended periods.
• Good vision (correctable to 20/30), color differentiation, and fine motor skills for precise handling of parts.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, grip, and pinch as needed.
