Responsibilities
- Review documentation for accuracy
- Handle and test relays as defined by supervisors
- Perform visual inspections of relays
- Complete inspection reports, history logs, and associated paperwork
- Receive general instructions on routine assignments and detailed instructions on new assignments
- Train on these and other functions and equipment as required
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED), preferred
- Basic computer skills to make daily data entries for labor hours
- Ability to work well in a team/group environment, as well as independently
- Good eye-hand coordination/dexterity to assemble small parts (plug relays into equipment for testing)
- Good oral and written communications skills to keep Lead/Supervisor informed of progress or issues, and for documentation
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
