Essential Functions
- Assists in maintaining inventory within the area or as it relates to the job traveler.
- Ensure the quality of assembled products by inspecting parts for defects, irregularities, or damages.
- Complete inprocess deburr and packaging of parts when necessary.
- Assemble basic parts and components following detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams with assistance as needed for training.
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic assembly issues or malfunctions, escalating more complex problems to higherlevel staff as needed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in the assembly area.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fastpaced production environment.
- Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and tools accurately.
