About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

Responsibilities

  • Attention to detail for parts and measurements, recognizing the impact of small changes.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office products.
  • Correctly entering data from measurements and tests into a database on a computer.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions (OMS).
  • Using small hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc., with acceptable results.
  • Soldering and applying solder paste in accordance with J-610 standards.
  • Soldering and tinning wires (IPC not required), using a Volt-Ohm Meter.
  • Mixing and applying materials and coatings.
  • Using and monitoring curing ovens.
  • Selecting and using taps and dies correctly without damaging the material.
  • Mating water connections/fittings to prevent leaks.
  • Assembling mechanical assemblies according to released documentation.
  • Performing audits of materials issued to jobs.
  • Creating labels as needed for assemblies according to drawings or OMS specifications.
  • After training, understanding and complying with our Non-Conformance (NC) process.
  • Building cable/harness assemblies according to drawings or OMS specifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Hands-on experience with small hand tools and soldering.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical principles and soldering techniques.
  • Experience with curing ovens and assembly processes.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and quality control procedures.
