Essential Functions

  • Assemble and align parts, units, and printed circuit boards according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret bills of materials and drawings.
  • Clean, tag, and mark components and inventory.
  • Use hand and power tools to fabricate parts and subassemblies.
  • Packaging completed assemblies for storage or shipment.
  • Help train junior assemblers and support cross-functional tasks.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Proficient with standard assembly tools and materials.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for most of the shift.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Technical training in assembly or electronics: Preferred.
