Essential Functions
- Assemble and align parts, units, and printed circuit boards according to specifications.
- Read and interpret bills of materials and drawings.
- Clean, tag, and mark components and inventory.
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate parts and subassemblies.
- Packaging completed assemblies for storage or shipment.
- Help train junior assemblers and support cross-functional tasks.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly.
- Proficient with standard assembly tools and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for most of the shift.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Technical training in assembly or electronics: Preferred.
