About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Your contributions will be valued and respected.

Responsibilities

  • Attention to detail for parts and measurements, recognizing the impact of small changes.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office products.
  • Correctly entering data from measurements and tests into a computer database.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions (OMS).
  • Using small hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc., with acceptable results.
  • Soldering and applying solder paste according to J-610 standards.
  • Soldering and tinning wires, monitoring with a Volt-Ohm Meter.
  • Mixing and applying materials and coatings.
  • Using and monitoring curing ovens.
  • Selecting and using taps and dies correctly without damaging the material.
  • Mating water connections/fittings to prevent leaks.
  • Assembling mechanical assemblies according to released documentation.
  • Performing audits of materials issued to jobs.
  • Creating labels as needed for assemblies based on drawings or OMS specifications.
  • After training, understanding and complying with our Non-Conformance (NC) process.
  • Building cable/harness assemblies according to drawings or OMS specifications.

Requirements

Attention to detail, computer literacy, ability to read and interpret technical documents, use of small hand tools, soldering and tinning skills, knowledge of materials handling, and assembly processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in manufacturing or related field. Experience with X-ray inspection, acoustic imaging, and optical inspection technologies is preferred.
