Assembler – Electrical/Hydraulic

About the role
Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will perform the final assembly of product. We are looking for a driven Assembler Electrical/Hydraulic II to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.
Responsibilities
- Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standards
- Interpret and work from drawings and specifications
- Test and inspect assembled units
- Monitor output
- Maintain product quality standards
- Continuous improvement, a customer first mindset and strict adherence to our quality processes
- Pull parts based on product needs
- Understand standard aspects of assembly
- Keep pace with production expectations
- Assist with training new employees
- Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Additional duties as needed
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time
- Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Pay
$20-23 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
