Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions and prints
• Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists
• Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment
• Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance
• Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand prints — or the willingness to learn
• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to quality

Physical Side

• Hands-on, active role
• Stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Precision work requires good visual acuity and comfort using measurement tools

Work Environment

• Non-air-conditioned shop setting
• Standard manufacturing noise levels
• Safety shoes and glasses required
• Hearing protection required when using the parts washer
