Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions and prints
- Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists
- Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment
- Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance
- Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand prints — or the willingness to learn
- At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to quality
Physical Side
- Hands-on, active role
- Stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Precision work requires good visual acuity and comfort using measurement tools
Work Environment
- Non-air-conditioned shop setting
- Standard manufacturing noise levels
- Safety shoes and glasses required
- Hearing protection required when using the parts washer
