Summary of Position

Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Metal Case Assembly. Essential Functions include Assembly of metal cases including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation, Testing, inspection, and packaging of product, Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work, and Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.

Skills

Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required throughout the workday to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to see print in various sizes and formats. May be required to climb stairs.

Physical demands: The employee must regularly be able to pull and push up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Work environment: Work performed in a production environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (for Maintenance & Receiving only). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, in some areas.

Currency: USD
Salary Minimum: 40,000
Salary Maximum: 45,000
