About the role

Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills; able to convey information clearly to co‑workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Flexibility to work extended or variable hours and punctual attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to get along with others.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move at least 50 lb.
• Willingness to accommodate reasonable accommodations for disabilities.

Pay

$16–20 per hour
