What You’ll Get to Do

• Fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum products with various tools and machinery
• Usage of drill guns and hand tools
• Inspect aluminum for various quality flaws
• Packing and lifting frames

What We Are Looking For

• A High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience, preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively read a tape measure to 1/32”
• Ability to read written instructions and take verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift on concrete surfaces or ergonomic mats.
• Walk while carrying materials using both hands.
• Frequently push, pull, reach, grip, and pinch objects.
• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and rotate the neck.
• Occasionally climb steps, balance, kneel, and squat.
• Maintain near and far visual acuity to perform work safely and accurately.
• The position does not require prolonged sitting, crawling, or continuous keyboard use.
• Frequently lift and carry items up to 50 pounds while walking.
