Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency while performing light assembly duties and production tasks.
• Provide assistance to the Assembly I position and assist the Production Team Leads as needed.
• Be cross-trained to work in various departments in production.
• Work on independent projects and be available for overtime as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Possess necessary computer skills to utilize required manufacturing software systems.
• Think independently and work without direction.
• Possess dependability and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent standing for extended periods.
• Frequent walking.
• Occasional bending, crouching, twisting, and reaching.
• May require wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
