Duties and Responsibilities

  • Put together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics.
  • Verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality check completed items.
  • Manage parts inventory.
  • Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.
  • Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
  • Train other/new associates.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
  • Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Staple guns, drills, etc preferred.
  • Able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
