Assembler - 1st Shift

AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced Assemblers to assist our kitting team at our Plant 4 location. Join a dynamic team where your role is invaluable.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Liv[e and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Absorb[ly assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate
• Assemble and package up to 125 maintenance free spindles per day
• Assemble and box aftermarket accessories such as:
• Suspension Seat upgrade kits
• Lighting kit
• Hand Warmer kits
• Hitch Kits
• Tweel kits
• Striping Kits
• Sub-assemble Attachment assemblies such as:
• Gear Boxes
• Tine assemblies
• Idler Pulley Assemblies
• Blower Assemblies
• Operator controlled Chute assemblies

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Adhere to Standard Work
• Work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus
Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 5AM-3PM
