About the role
Increase consistency in operations through the ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual when assembling products.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to craft Potter Global Technologies products
- Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers
- Serve as a partner to the Quality Control Team by ensuring all standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed
- Create a safe and secure work environment through adhering to all company safety measures
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by proactively resolving conflicts and being a supportive team member
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to accept feedback in an effort to increase performance and product quality
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds/part)
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Able to interact with others in a respectful and collaborative manner
- Adequately read and follow written instructions from an operation manual
- Prior experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting using tools to assemble small items is preferred
