Assembler 1 (Plymouth, MN)
About the role
You will perform a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations to produce high-quality medical devices, following established work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings. Your Role Be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Complete in-process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow equipment shutdown and lockout requirements. Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the SPNC Quality System while keeping all required training current.
Responsibilities

Requirements
No prior experience required, experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.
Your skills include reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
You have a HS diploma or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, Minnesota is $18.00 - $27.00 per hour.
