About the role

This position involves assembling machine components and tools under supervision. You will follow work instructions, schedules, and use SAP transaction codes to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machine components and tools, including sheet metal enclosures, castings, wiring, sub-assemblies, controls, and rotary assemblies.
• Identify and report potential issues in components or workflow.
• Operate hand tools, powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any damages or workflow issues.
• Work in a loud environment around machinery, hazardous materials, and varying weather conditions.
• Frequently use hand tools and computer equipment.

Requirements

• Understanding of threads, fasteners, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years of mechanical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Strong reasoning skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
