Assembler 1 - 1st Shift

About the role

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 1st shift. Your Role:

• Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery.
• Follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented & controlled processes are followed.
• Must be able to understand & document daily production metrics accurately.
• May participate in projects as a team member in the development of skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects.

Requirements

Minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements:

• Good hand eye coordination.
• Communication skills (both verbal and written).
• A high school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Pa is $17.75 to $23.71 an hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

This is an onsite role in Reedsville, PA on the 1st shift!
