Position Description
The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Experience Requirements
- 6-8 years total experience, including minimum 3-5 years' experience with SCI or SAR programs. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience with SAR programs desired.
- Show documented, proven experience supporting senior level military officers, government civilians, senior defense industry representatives and interacting with command-level staff.
- Show documented, proven experience working in a highly demanding, multi-tasking environment.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience (4 years)
Certification Requirements
- Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions).
- SIMS database familiarity or complete training within six months of starting on contract (if performing document control functions).
- Must complete JPAS training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SCI personnel security functions).
- Must complete Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions).
Security Clearance Requirements
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-$125,850. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
