We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Responsibilities, Benefits, Qualifications, maybe Overview? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. Do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. For Pay: we have "Hourly Range $23.00- $25.00 , based on experience." That's pay info, so we should include a Pay section with that content. Schedule: we have "Overnight stays may be required on occasion. Night and Weekend work shifts are common throughout the normal milling and paving season." That's schedule info, so include Schedule section. We also have Overview (company description) - not in list of allowed headings but we could treat as maybe "About the role"? But instructions say use headings from list; we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could also use other headings if appropriate? Probably better to stick to those. Overview could be placed under "About the role" maybe. But we have "Overview Our Company Does Work That Matters ..." That's company description; could be put under "About the role". However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can create an "About the role" heading for company overview. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: Responsibilities: The paragraph about duties, list of specialist roles, overnight stays, night/weekend, tasks (shoveling, raking, luting, jack hammering, heavy lifting, use of multiple small tools, cleans tools, materials, work areas, performs wide variety of manual tasks involving fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination, performs all tasks safely, communicates with crew, etc). Also "Depending on the laborer's crew specialty may require a variety of diverse skills such as use of hand and power tools, performing grade checks, jack hammering, directing equipment operations, cuts and fills, etc." That's more like requirements but could be responsibilities. We'll keep in Responsibilities. Requirements: Not explicitly a separate section; but we have "Physical Demands" etc. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications list: GED/HS Diploma plus, Trade School plus, Penndot Paving QC Technical experience plus, TopCon or similar grade control experience plus, CDL (A, B, Tanker, Hazmat) plus, Tack Truck experience plus, 2 yrs of related work experience is a necessity, Active, valid Driver's License required, Good Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required. We also have "Compliance with All Polices including: Safety, Safety, Safety!“Home Safe Tonight” and related policies“AIPS” Physical Demands Requires extensive and heavy physical activity, dexterity and fine motor skills.Must be able to carry very heavy loads of materials sometimes up to 75 pounds.Must be able to work in all weather elements.Requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, kneel, climb or balance.Requires specific types of vision: close, color, peripheral." That seems like Requirements or Physical Demands. Could be under Requirements. Work Environment: "Responsible for safety of self and fellow workers.Work conditions vary from site to site and are affected by the weather.Rough graded and undeveloped job sites present a threat to safety where carelessness or poor judgment could result in serious of fatal injury to self or others.Occasionally may work in tight confined spaces such as manholes and inlets.Works around heavy equipment, loud noises and vibrations of equipment and power tools.Works adjacent to live traffic on most days." That could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment" but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements or Responsibilities. Probably better to put under Requirements. Pay: Hourly Range $23.00- $25.00 , based on experience. Benefits: "We offer competitive industry-leading benefits (including Medical, Vision and Dental), vacation, paid holidays, annual performance bonus program and 401k." Schedule: Overnight stays may be required on occasion. Night and Weekend work shifts are common throughout the normal milling and paving season. Overview/About the role: The paragraph about Allan Myers. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Notice to External Third Party Agency Recruiting Firms, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: There's duplicate "Safety, Safety, Safety!" maybe keep once. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

Check for any duplicated content: We removed duplicate safety line. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The responsibilities also included "Performs duties involving shoveling, raking, luting, jack hammering, heavy lifting and the use of multiple small tools involved with asphalt milling and paving." included. "Cleans tools, materials and work areas." included. "Performs a wide variety of manual tasks involving fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination." included. "Performs all tasks in a safe manner with complete respect for individual and crew safety." included. "Clearly communicates with other crew members to ensure safety, teamwork and completion of daily goals set by the field manager." included. "To completely perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily." included. "Depending on the laborer's crew specialty may require a variety of diverse skills such as use of hand and power tools, performing grade checks, jack hammering, directing equipment operations, cuts and fills, etc." included. We also had "Overnight stays may be required on occasion. Night and Weekend work shifts are common throughout the normal milling and paving season." we placed in Schedule but also mentioned in Responsibilities earlier; we kept it there too but maybe duplicate. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. We have that sentence both in Responsibilities and Schedule. Should we remove from Responsibilities? The responsibilities paragraph originally included that sentence; but we also have schedule section. To avoid duplication, we could remove it from Responsibilities and keep only in Schedule. However the responsibilities paragraph originally had that sentence; but we can keep it in responsibilities if we consider it not duplicate because schedule section is separate. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Duplicated lines likely refer to exact duplicate sentences elsewhere in the posting. The sentence appears twice in the original? Let's check original: In Responsibilities block: "Overnight stays may be required on occasion. Night and Weekend work shifts are common throughout the normal milling and paving season." Then later in the posting maybe not elsewhere. Actually there is no other occurrence. So it's not duplicated within the posting. So we can keep it in responsibilities. The schedule section we added is based on that same sentence; but we could also keep schedule section separate; it's not duplicate in the original because we created it. However the instruction says to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have that content, so schedule section is
