Asphalt Sealcoating Technician

EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company with a location in Nashville. We provide high-quality sealcoating and other pavement maintenance services for parking lots, parking garages, and warehouses. In addition to sealcoating, we offer line striping, pothole repair, crack filling, and more.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform asphalt seal coating
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Additional tasks as required, including line painting, asphalt crack filling, bollard installation, and more

Requirements

• A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• Self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem solve
• Understands the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
