Job Details:

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and project management? We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage and negotiate Change Orders, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Supervise subcontractor activities, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.
• Cooky with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on all project sites.
• Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience working in Asphalt Paving.
• Solid knowledge of Heavy Civil construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
