What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
- Supervise crew members to ensure quality, productivity, and safety
- Communicate with superintendents, plant, and trucking to maintain efficient production
- Ensure proper paving techniques, grades, and mat quality are met
- Enforce safety procedures and jobsite best practices
- Train and mentor crew members
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a paving foreman in asphalt operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of paving equipment, techniques, and job sequencing
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage long hours and changing conditions
- Safety-first mindset with a team-oriented attitude
