Required Skills

• Proficient in Java 8+
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Principles and consistently demonstrates their effective use
• Strong understanding of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, and deployment management
• Occasional travel might be required, probably no more than once or twice a year
• Up to 5% travel may be required

Required Experience

• Exposure to XP engineering practices such as Test Driven Development and Dependency Injection
• Ability to create rich interactive web applications using Ajax technologies (jQuery, Javascript, JSON, XML)
• Creation/consumption of services using WCF
• 5+ years of development experience or equivalent
• Production L3 Support in Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Struts, JSP
• Must be able to deliver quality code and maintain strong customer relationship
• Must be a bottom line delivery person manage own and deliver tasks as planned

Preferred Education

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
