Job Site Inspector

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform inspection services as directed by local Foreman or Supervisor.
• Work independently or with other resources depending on the task.
• Complete daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to inspection services.
• Document all work performed through photos and other means.
• Ensure all required job information is completed promptly via the required tools and resources.
• Be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems and Tremco line of products and proper applications.
• Perform safety-related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco.
• Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
• Walk the roof with the Foreman to address proper drainage, staging, application, and details.
• Observe and document all work being done.

Pay

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
