About the role
The Receptionist/Treasurer’s Assistant is responsible for administrative support in the office.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and distribute financial reports
- Support the treasurer with budgeting and record-keeping
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
