About the role
The ASP Instructor will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to students in a regular education setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Implement instructional strategies that promote student learning
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Mentor and support students' social and emotional development
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance educational programs
Requirements
- Current certification in regular education
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience working with students in a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams
- Knowledge of current educational methodologies and best practices
