About the role

This role supports the identification and development of product offerings for the company. It impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and target goals. It adheres to commercial guidelines and targets. There is moderate autonomy within the role to make commercial agreements and implement them. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve desired results.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Accountability for functional, business, and overall organizational goals.
  • Integration and development of processes that meet business needs across the entire organization, participation in long-term planning, resolution of complex issues within the functional competency area, and contribution to general business strategy.
  • Knowledge of product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
  • Strong commercial awareness and likely to influence the development of their own broad sales territory strategy, including resource control.
  • Evaluates simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices for improving products, processes, or services.
  • Keeps informed about industry trends that can inform work.
  • Uses high levels of judgment to make decisions and solve complex problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.
  • Ability to evaluate the quality of provided information and ask relevant questions to stakeholders or customers.
  • Able to propose solutions to problems outside of the defined parameters and able to create recommendations and present them.
  • Uses multiple internal and some external sources to make decisions.
  • Can lead function teams or projects with minimal resources, risk, or moderate complexity.
  • Communicates complex concepts and influences others' options on certain topics.
  • Can lead others to adopt a different viewpoint.

Qualifications

This role requires extensive experience. The knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Desired qualities include very good verbal and written communication skills, strong social skills and leadership qualities, proven problem-solving abilities, proven project management skills, documented ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, documented project management skills, and the ability to complete a drug screen (as applicable).

Pay and schedule

The pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
