About the role
If you’re an experienced welder who takes pride in code-quality welds, pressure vessels, and complex fabrication, this role offers work that challenges your skill—not repetitive production welding.
Responsibilities
- Perform ASME code welding on pressure vessels, piping, and structural components
- Weld using FCAW, GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, and SAW
- Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and weld procedures
- Complete ASME weld logs and quality documentation
- Pass non-destructive testing (NDT) for pressure-retaining welds
- Use overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts safely
- Inspect and repair welds to meet code and quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience welding pressure vessels or pipe (FCAW required)
- High school diploma or trade school certification (welding preferred)
- Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation
Schedule
Rotating shift operation (details reviewed during the screening process)

Pay, Bonus & Benefits
- $29.79/hr. starting pay with structured wage progression
- Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shifts
